Ready to Ship Items
If things really aren't working out with your new wand, exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in perfect, resalable condition with no visible defects or damage. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs + a 10% restocking fee.
Custom Builds
Returns will not be accepted on custom builds. If you are not satisfied with your item or you believe it is defective, please contact Infinite Fluidity within 14 days of delivery so that we may work things out together.
